Choose Personal Counselling or Career Guidance and tell us the time that works best for you. Sessions are normally conducted online. We will review your request and confirm the appointment personally.

Personal Counselling

Support with personal concerns, relationships, stress, uncertainty, confidence, transitions and important life decisions.

Career Guidance

Support with career exploration, subject and stream choices, university planning, career decisions and career transitions. Mindler assessment may be used where appropriate.

Online

All regular appointments are conducted online. In-person sessions may be considered only on special request and at the counsellor's discretion. If you wish to request an in-person session, please mention it briefly in the message below.

Please keep this note brief. Avoid sharing highly sensitive or confidential personal information here; anything more detailed can be discussed during your session.

Appointment & Payment Terms

Appointment confirmation: This form submits a request only. We will review your preferred time and confirm the appointment personally.

Session mode: Regular appointments are conducted online. In-person sessions may be considered only on special request and at the counsellor's discretion; an in-person request is not a confirmation of an in-person appointment.

Session fee: Personal Counselling and Career Guidance are charged at ₹2,000 per 45-minute session. University admissions guidance is package-based and quoted separately according to the agreed scope.

Booking deposit: Once your appointment time has been approved, a ₹500 booking deposit will be requested. The appointment becomes confirmed after the deposit is received. The balance of the applicable session fee is payable immediately after the session.

Cancellation: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, the ₹500 booking deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Postponement: One postponement may be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. The ₹500 deposit will then be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. A postponement requested less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A second postponement will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a new ₹500 deposit will be required for a subsequent appointment.

If Caleidoscope needs to reschedule: Your ₹500 deposit will remain protected. You may transfer it to the rescheduled appointment or request a full refund.

The confirmation message for each appointment will state the specific date and time by which cancellation or postponement must be requested.
